The service

Antivoke is a web-based project and task management service with a client portal feature.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Client portal responsibilities

The account owner is responsible for what is shared through portal links and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy.

Your content

You own your content. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the service.

Fees and free plan

A free plan is available. Paid plans, prices and billing terms will be shown before you purchase.

Termination and suspension

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Antivoke and its software, design and branding belong to Antivoke.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Antivoke against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Rules

• No unsolicited bulk or commercial email.
• No purchased, rented or scraped email lists, and no address harvesting.
• No deceptive subject lines or headers, and no impersonation.
• No phishing, malware, illegal content or harassment.
• No abuse of the client portal or invitation system.

Antivoke sends email only to people who requested it or who are part of an account relationship. Email subscriptions require explicit consent and double opt-in. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and may suspend accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to support@antivoke.biz.id.

Email communications

We send: (1) verification emails, including double opt-in confirmation; (2) transactional emails such as account notices, portal invitations requested by the account owner, password resets and billing or security notices; (3) support replies. Optional product updates go only to people who opted in. We do not send bulk or unsolicited email and we do not sell or rent email addresses. Every email shows the sender, the business address and a way to manage optional messages. Emails are sent from support@antivoke.biz.id.

Bounce and complaint handling

• Hard bounces add the address to a suppression list immediately.
• Repeated soft bounces lead to suppression after several failed attempts.
• Spam complaints cause immediate suppression and removal from all optional email.
• Suppression is respected across email types, except account or security notices we are required or need to send. An address is removed only if its owner asks and verifies ownership.
• Bounce and complaint events are monitored and reviewed.
